Located just 65 steps from the picturesque pedestrian street Via Flavio Gioia, it is the perfect choice for guests seeking a relaxing experience surrounded by nature and the unmistakable scents of the Mediterranean.

The true highlight of the villa is its spacious outdoor area: a beautiful lemon pergola provides refreshing shade during warm summer days, creating the perfect setting for al fresco breakfasts, relaxing moments, or dinners under the Amalfi Coast sky. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor dining table with chairs, a sun umbrella, and two sun loungers to fully embrace the peaceful atmosphere and sunshine.

The interiors are simple yet functional, thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and tableware, ideal for preparing meals independently. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom with a charming open-plan loft, where two additional guests can sleep comfortably. For comfort and safety reasons, the property preferably welcomes guests aged 6 and above.

The picturesque Marina di Praia Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk downhill, while the walk back takes around 30 minutes, rewarding visitors with breathtaking panoramic views along the way.

Paid parking can be arranged upon request. However, as parking in Praiano can be limited and relatively expensive, we highly recommend reaching the property by private transfer or making use of public transportation to enjoy a more convenient and stress-free stay.

As the property is accessed via 65 rather steep steps, it is not recommended for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.
