Villa Julienne - Praiano Best Spot

Villa Julienne is located in one of the best spot of the town, with a perfect South orientation, a real special gem in Praiano.
It is an well-designed villa with amazing view of the Sea, Positano Capri and closer Li Galli island.

Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in its 7 double bedrooms served by 7 modern and full bathrooms

Villa Julienne has a large area of circa 300 square meters, including a private and intimate swimming pool and a private Jacuzzi pool at exclusive use of our guests, a fantastic Sea view terrace, a patio, and a garden with soft grass, mostly air conditioning, winter heating and unlimited WI-FI Internet access.

The villa is very close to the village centre offering some bars, bursting restaurants of any price levels, from economical to finest, food stores (fishmonger, butcher and grocery vendors). You will be close to the main bus stop where transportation to Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi is available. The vicinity to the beach of Praiano will be a great bonus to whoever prefer to get there in minutes and rather prefer the crystal Mediterranean water to the villa’s pool; you reach the small pebble La Gavitella / One Fire beach by climbing down circa 350 stone steps.

A car is not essential while renting this villa which is located at about 200 meters from the main road and 50 steps to be climbed to it. No elevator, nor car or mechanical means can access the front door.

You can park your vehicle at 400 meters in a private and shared garage or in the town lot parking at a reasonable daily fee. Free parking in Praiano is generally difficult to locate in high season; during off season, Praiano has free parking space on the main road, at 800 meters from the villa.

The pool is about 30 square meters and its surrounding garden is equipped with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi Tub. The terrace is 100 square meters and features a garden sofa and two armchairs, tables, chairs and two large parasols

The patio is equipped with benches, a ping pong table and a football table.

The house is on three levels.

You enter the house from the top floor where the living room is located . It has beautifully and imposing old style cross vaulted ceiling and include a sofa, an armchair and a desk. The dining table can sit ten guests, a SAT-TV AND a DVD player. The living room has access to Sea view terrace and is air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a nine-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker a toaster. The kitchen contains a table to seat four guests. The top floor has a toilet with washbasin.

The intermediate floor has three double bedrooms, each with its private, en suite, full bathrooms with enclosed showers.

At ground floor you will have 3 more double rooms and 2 full bathrooms with enclosed showers;

The other two double and beautifully decorated bedrooms are located in 2 separate annexes you get to via an external access. Both bedrooms are equipped with full bathroom including a washbasin, a toilet, and enclosed shower and hairdryer
