Prepayment:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 20% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 42 days before arrival.

Cancellation
- If guest cancels 60 days before arrival, she/he is refunded of the deposit paid.
- If guest cancels between 60 and 42 days before arrival, customer will incur in the charge of 20% penalty of the total price.
- The total price of the reservation is charged if client cancel in the 42 days before arrival.
