Virgo with Pirvate Pool

This beautiful property with exclusive and private pool, recently renovated, preserves the beautiful Arabic architecture typical of the Amalfi Coast, with magnificent vaulted ceilings.
The property is located in a very quiet area accessible only on foot at circa 200 meters from the road and 20 stairs to be climber down.
The property has WiFi and air conditioning and consists of two double rooms (the double queen size beds cannot be divided into singles). All rooms have Sea View windows. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a tub with shower head. The living room with wooden table and chairs and satellite TV, has a sofa and stereo system. The kitchenette is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas stove, kettle, toaster and American coffee machine. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The kitchenette has access to the splendid sea view terrace which includes table, chairs and umbrella.
Restaurants and bars are just a few minutes' walk away; a grocery shop is only 150 meters away and is the largest in Praiano "Tutto per Tutti" where there is also the stop for the local bus to Positano and the local beaches. Marina di Praia can be reached on foot in 10 minutes where you can embark on a boat to Capri or Positano. The center of the village of Vettica Maggiore is 15 minutes away on foot.

The private swimming pool has an oval shape and measures about 15 square meters, and is equipped with sun loungers for our guests

Public transport is just 200 meters from your door. Buses until late at night (midnight) will take and arrive in the town center and Positano. The Sita bus stop is less than 10 minutes away on foot. The Sita Bus stop n. 9, at the intersection of Via Umberto I and Via Roma

We include linens; towels; electricity up to 100 kW per week; beach / pool towels. Excessive use of electricity (over 100 KW will be billed at the end of the stay and paid in cash on departure.
