General description of villa Costantinopoli

This beautiful property is located in Praiano in Costantinopoli district at only 15 steps from the road where you can easily park your car free of charge, with the most stunning position of the area of Praiano, with a 360° view, by one side from Salerno to Cape of Conca, the Mediterranean sea, Capri and Positano to the other side.
The villa consists in a large air conditioned living room with three sofa (one can be converted in a double bed), a well equipped kitchen, two air conditioning bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with twin beds, two bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath-tub, two terraces one facing South East overlooking the bay of Salerno and the other facing South West equipped with sun beds, a large parasol, a table and six chairs that would enable your family to dine outside, facing the bay of Positano, Li Galli Island and Capri; the setting is just special and makes this property unique. You can enjoy a beautiful dawn but even a more spectacular sun set!
Getting around from the property is easy also if you will not get here by car, even though we do suggest the use of one. At only 5 minutes' walk there is the local bus stop that loops the village and will take you to the main beaches and Positano. The SITA bus stop is at 1 km from here and can be reached by walking 10 minutes. A grocery shop is at 5 min walk as well as the main square of San Luca where to relax during the evening. The village center of Vettica Maggiore of Praiano with the fine restaurants and busy bars can be reached walking down 10 minutes. To return home you can use the local bus that from the center would get by the house within less than 5 minutes.

If you wish mid-week cleaning, the owner offers you this opportunity at €30 for a three hours minimum service.

Location

The apartment is in the higher part of Praiano. The restaurants, bars and beach are within walking distance, in about 20 minutes. Positano and Amalfi can be reached by bus or car in 15 minutes.

Parking and accessibility

The apartment is accessible by a short flight of steps (circa 15 steps). Parking is possible for free on the communal streel by the house.

Arriving in Praiano

By car, from the airport of Naples use the A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria to Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit, don't turn right, but keep on going straight towards Sorrento. On the way to Sorrento, once in Meta turn left to Positano and Amalfi. Praiano is about 5 kms after Positano. Our usual meeting point will be the Bar Del Sole, located in the centre of the village.

Our stay in Praiano has been a dream. The people here are just wonderful. The food amazing and coastline is breathtaking. The only problem is that like a dream it will end soon. The Villa is so fantastic I can not put it into words. Thank you so much. Todd Morse
