The apartment, Lucy, is located in a quiet spot, but within a pedestrian friendly area, away from traffic noise. Unwind on your large 100 sq meter terrace where you will be surrounded by cool, green olive trees and a stunning view over the Capo di Conca, Salerno Bay and the shimmering navy blue Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is only 1 km from the center of the village and very close to one of the larger food stores of Praiano which is just a 2 minute walk. If you prefer, upon request, they offer delivery to your door. The area's convenient shuttle bus service, offered by the company, Flavio Gioia, allows easy access to nearby beaches and runs until very late at night. The shuttle bus stop is just a 2 minute walk, approximately 100 meters from your apartment. The SITA bus stop is a 10 minute walk, approximately 500 meters.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with Vietri, hand painted tiles. It is in pristine condition having been recently renovated. It features an entrance room with kitchenette, table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa and TV-SAT with a large selection of language options (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.), CD and DVD player, internet WI-FI connection is available free of charge (there is no AC in this room).
The modern kitchen has a four burner stove-top, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, and many small appliances such as a microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, kettle, blender, and an Italian-style coffee maker.
A hallway will take you to the two bedrooms. There is a twin and a double bedroom, both with wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom is decorated with local majolica tiles and marble, and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available. The living room and the double bedroom have access to the gorgeous terrace which features a ceramic table with four chairs, four deck chairs, a large sun umbrella and barbeque.

The apartment is at the top of a ramp of 110 steps and can only be reached by foot. If you do not like climbing steps or if you have mobility problems, you may want to reconsider this property.

Parking and accessibility

You can park your car free of charge 400 meters from the property. A private garage can be booked in advance at a rate of 10 Euros per day.

Arriving in Praiano

By car, from the airport of Naples use the A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria to Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit follow Sorrento and Positano. Praiano is about 5 kms after Positano. Our usual meeting point will be the square of the town hall of Praiano.
