General description of bed & breakfast Dove B&B

Dove is a pretty bed and breakfast set in the village of Praiano right in the centre, surrounded by olive trees, vineyard pergolas, not far from restaurants and some bars, both at walking distance. The bed and breakfast has ten double bedrooms; some of them are triple, most of them have en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace with breathtaking views. The house has also a restaurant where you can enjoy typical local dished and great home made cakes; meal prices are about Euro 20 per person. The view is breathtaking, your eyes will be amazed by the beauty they will see, from Positano to Capri and Li Galli framed by both the blue of the sea and the sky. The house is reached by walking about 180 steps from the road where you will park your car in the reserved garage; don ' t worry about carring up and down your suitcases; they'll be carried by a convenient funicular. Every morning you will be pleased with a rich breakfast prepared by the owners that take great care of their guests. Dove is managed by the same family since about 50 years who is proud to continue its great job to please its international clientele. The Dove bed and breakfast has been restored during the 1980 and keeping the charm of the old structure in a very privileged position. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Location

The rooms are in the higher part of Praiano at 200 steps from the main road and the centre. The restaurants, bars and beach are within walking distance, in about 10 minutes. Positano and Amalfi can be reached by bus or car in 15 minutes.

Dove is accessible by 200 steps from the main road. Private parking is free on the mian road.

Arriving in Praiano

By car, from the airport of Naples use the A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria to Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit, don't turn right, but keep on going straight towards Sorrento. On the way to Sorrento, once in Meta turn left to Positano and Amalfi. Praiano is about 5 kms after Positano. Our usual meeting point will be the Bar Del Sole, located in the centre of the village.
