Casa Silvia is set in one of the most enchanting part of the village of Praiano, just below the quite square of the church of San Gennaro a meeting point for the local people and the tourists during the beautiful days. The apartment is on the path that takes to the small but beautiful Gavitella beach of Praiano. Set on one floor it consists in: entry area that leads to the living room furnished with sofa, table with chairs, and access to the terrace. Still from the entry room there is access to the three bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one only with the toilet and the basin, one with shower head, toilet, basin and bathtub. There is a living kitchen with table and chairs with all utilities that you would find in an Italian kitchen. The access is from the main road that goes down towards the beach, down an attractive easily accessible little lane, walking circa 200 meters, with very few steps (circa 20 only) and before the beginning of the flight of steps that lead down to the beach. There is a wonderful roof terrace, which has a panoramic beautiful view of the sea and Positano, the islands of Li Galli and Capri. The furnishings are of good quality, and the apartment comes equipped with washing machine, stereo, VCR, DVD player (EU standards only). It lies in a quiet area with a typically local atmosphere about 150 m from the center of the village, where you can find all of the services you might need, including the bus stop with a very good service that will take you either to Positano or to the beach of La Praia, where you can find several excellent restaurants, a path cut through the rock that offers enchanting views of the sea, boat-hire and a sub-aqua school. Praiano is at the center of the Amalfi Coast between Positano and Amalfi, both reachable in 20 minutes by bus or driving your own car. The stated price are based on a 4 people occupancy in the 2 bedrooms. Price for the person in the third bedroom is € 100 per week.

Position

The apartment is in the central part of Praiano. The restaurants, bars and beach are within walking distance, in about 5 minutes. Positano and Amalfi can be reached by bus or car in 15 minutes.

Parking and accessibility

The apartment is accessible by a short flight of steps (circa 15 steps) and walking about 200 meters from the main road. It is located on the first floor of a small building. Parking is possible for free on the communal street at 400 metres far

How to arrive to Praiano

By car, from the airport of Naples use the A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria to Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit, don't turn right, but keep on going straight towards Sorrento. On the way to Sorrento, once in Meta turn left to Positano and Amalfi. Praiano is about 5 kms after Positano. Our usual meeting point will be the Bar Del Sole, located in the centre of the village.

A car is not necessary. The apartment is at only 250 meters from the bus stop to Positano and Amalfi.
Garden on the side of the apartment. Beach at 350 steps circa where can be hired boats to Positano and nearby beaches.
