Celeste is a beautiful home that can comfortably sleep 4 people in its 60 square meters of luxury. It also has two beautiful terraces overlooking the blue water of the bay of Positano where you can enjoy your outside romantic dinners. The house consists in two bedrooms, one matrimonial and one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower, living room with CD, The interior of the house is elegantly furnished, all coloured in white and blue. You will first enter the bright living-room equipped with a table, chairs, a SAT-TV, and a comfortable couch. From the living-room, you can reach the other areas of the house: the terrace overlooking the sea, the kitchenette (equipped with a four-burner stove, an oven, and a fridge with freezer), the two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower. From the living room you also have access to the main terrace of the villa that has gorgeous views on the bay of Positano and its busy port. The main matrimonial bedroom has a balcony from where you see the sea and is framed by bougainvillea furnished with a small table, chairs, and benches. The double bedroom on the back has a single bed and a rollaway bed. This bedroom has also a tiny balcony but does not  look over the water. The villa has direct access to the beach of Il Germano by funicular and elevator. The beach is very exclusive and has a convenient restaurant and a bar. The beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrella. Access to this entire area is reserved to the guests of the villas of the same complex; other access to this beach is only by boat. The beach is made partly with fine gravel, and partly rocky. You will be able to use umbrellas and sun lounging chairs directly on the beach, set on wooden platforms. You will have access to an elegant bar and a fine restaurant which has its own tables on a wooden platform above the sea. You can be able to rent boats or dinghies with or without sailors, and leave from here for your excursions. The beach services operate from May 15 to October 15. The villa is very close to the SITA bus stop; boarding the Sita buses you are able to reach Sorrento  Positano  Amalfi and Ravello. You can also get on the local yellow bus which takes people to the pedestrian area of Positano .

Position

Casa Celeste is situated in the upper part of Positano in the hamlet of Garitta at 2 kms from the centre with beautiful views over the colorful houses of the village and the beach. It is at about 10 minutes by bus from the main beach and the shopping area.

Parking and accessibility

Casa Celeste is reachable by a funicular and few steps. Paying parking is possible in private garages at 20 Euro a day, depending on car size and season the price might vary. Free parking is definitely limited so we suggest to make prior arrangements with us to book a car parking spot in the private area.

How to arrive to Positano

We suggest to reach this villa by taxi as the centre is very close. A good constant local transportation service (Flavio Gioia) is available  and takes you from the centre a vice versa. The Sita bus line stop that runs on all the Amalfi Coast drive, main road, is outside the villa. Boats to Capri and the other destinations are available from Positano harbor at 2 kms from the villa.

This villa is situated in the upper part of the town of Positano, with possibility to have a car parking (on request). there is a good public transportation system to reach the major towns of the Amalfi Coast.
