Our prices are calculated on a definite number of nights and our appropriate services. We rent our apartments for a minimum of 5 nights, starting on Saturdays to Mondays (in certain periods or for some properties it is possible to rent starting from a different week day), so please enquire if this is possible.
Each quotation generally includes electricity, final cleaning, heating, gas, household linen once a week and the assistance of our staff during check-in and check-out. Et many properties have supplements, mandatory and optional. Please check their details.

Primula of Amalfi will accept a reservation on the basis of the apartment’s availability. A reservation is valid only after receiving the deposit.
Like most accommodations, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding reservation we require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending on your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation letter, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiry date. This is both convenient and safe: We have a 100% secure encrypted connection into which to enter your credit card details. In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for various reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own choice at a price equivalent to the original agreed upon price. In the case that our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund.
Reservations will be confirmed after we receive your form and are able to charge a deposit to secure the reservation. In case you choose to pay with a money wire transfer, the balance must be paid 45 day prior to your arrival. Any other extra service requested (e.g. telephone, extra change of bed linen, extra cleaning, baby sitting excursion, ADSL connections etc.) - will be paid in cash on property.
For all bookings made 30 days or less prior arrival, you’ll need to guarantee the reservation by credit card details.

The best and the easiest way is to book a chosen apartment online by providing credit card details in the special safe form. You can also send a request for your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter.

Primula will give you the apartment's address and the exact directions to reach it. Our staff will take care to accompany you into the apartment; the check-in is between 15.30 to 20.00.
For delays of half an hour and over must be reported to our Amalfi office (+39 089 873 344) or to our staff member.
Requests for late arrivals (later than 20.00) have to be confirmed by Primula srl.
Please note that for arrivals after 8.00 pm; Sunday arrivals; and Italian Bank holiday arrivals will be charged an extra flat fee of euro 25,00. For arrivals later than 11.00 pm, the fee is equal to euro 40. Our staff representative meeting you will choose meeting points which will be easy to locate in whichever village you choose. They will take you to the rental property and give you a tutorial on how things work. They will request the balance due and the refundable deposit. They will read the telephone meter where available, and in some cases you will be asked to sign for inventory.
3:30 p.m. is the earliest check-in and 10:00 am is the check out from apartment.
At check-in all formalities must be settled. In some instances an earlier check-in to apartment may be arranged. This can ONLY be confirmed upon your arrival. Regarding the check-out, if you have a later departure time of your plane, train etc. sometimes it is possible to leave your luggage in our office or at the property. However, please, be aware that this can be arranged only before your departure day. The apartment unfortunately must be vacated at 10:00, due to upcoming arrivals.
If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item. In case of services not included in the rental price our representative is allowed to cash the agreed amount or to hold the security deposit until everything is settled.
Arrangements for the departure time will be also taken upon arrival as most apartments have no telephone, so you must keep in touch with our representative to arrange a date for your check-out.
You must check out within 10.00 am of the departure day. Alternative methods to communicate with us is email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or SMS the agent.
If necessary our assistant will come at the fixed time on your departure day to check the apartment's conditions and cash any extra cost (telephone, etc.) or extra service required during the stay (extra cleaning or extra change of linen and so on).
A refundable deposit is required against possible damage or loss or any surcharge not included in the price. It is payable to our representative by cash or credit card. Primula will give no keys to those who will refuse to pay the deposit. If you leave earlier than 9.00 am we are authorized to keep the deposit until we check that nothing has been damaged. Afterwards you will receive the deposit back on your credit card.top
We are entitled to refuse admittance to a number of persons exceeding that on the booking form or exceeding the number of beds as in each description. Nobody else is admitted to stay in our apartments without our authorization.top

You will find your apartment or villa clean and tidy and you must make sure that it will be in the same good conditions when you leave, even though the final cleaning is included in the agreed price. The apartment must be left in order and free of garbage. The Amalfi Coast villages are environment friendly and all the inhabitants recycle the waste. Recycling involves processing used materials into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from land filling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production. Recyclable materials include many kinds of glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, and electronics. In addition we separate biodegradable waste – such as food or garden waste. You will be asked by our agent always to recycle and dispose the sorted waste at specific days of the week. This is a strict rule and in default your credit card will be charged euro 20,00 sorting fee.top
If you cancel a reservation you will be charged for the following penalties starting from the date of your written notification.
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In case of a cancellation, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are our penalties. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card.

All condominium rules and regulations must be observed.
Apartment occupants shall not make any loud noise.
Animals are not admitted in the accommodation unless agreements have been arranged.
In the event that you will not follow the building rules and regulations, we reserve the right to drive you immediately away from the apartment without having to refund you.
Moreover the Primula will require a payment for any damages caused.
In case the apartment's keys are lost, we will be allowed to charge the amount of Euro 25,00 which includes the change of the safety lock.
In case you will forget the keys inside the apartment and our staff’s presence is required to open the door, we will be allowed to charge the amount of Euro 20,00.
