General description of villa Casa Floreal

Villa Floreal is a charming property of 70 square meters with 90 meters of terrace and a lush garden with an area of 140 square meters. The house can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The property is located in Pastena of Amalfi at 80 steps from the road level. This villa has one of the most panoramic views of the village of Amalfi, overlooking the Cilento Peninsula and spanning across Maiori, the town of Amalfi and Conca dei Marini. The hamlet of Pastena is immersed in the scent of the lemons growing here since the middle age, when the Amalphitan galleons were trading with the Middle East and swapping goods, in one of the most peaceful places of the town, tucked away from the noise of traffic but only 30 minutes walk, through a stair of steps, from the splendid beaches and the town center of Amalfi, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house was built at the turn of last century, evocating the style of the traditional houses with typical vaulted ceiling and white painted walls
The property is on one level and consists of a shared garden , a large private terrace, a living-room, a little kitchen and 2 bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have direct access on the large terrace equipped with two table with chairs and two sunbeds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils based on a standard Italian kitchen. The house is air conditioned. The villa can be easily reached by a SITA bus 10 minutes ride from the center of Amalfi that runs every 45 minutes, until midnight. You could also comfortably use a rental car during your holiday as the vacation home offers a convenient private car parking.
A little supermarket can be reached walking only 5 minutes, at 200 meters from the property.
The weekly cleaning price includes a mid-term change of sheets and towels. Baby cot is free of charge. Broadband Internet/Wi-Fi is available, free of charge.

Floreal is located in the hamlet of Pastena, 3 km from the centre of Amalfi. The location provides beautiful panoramic views and a good transportation system allowing you to reach the major towns of the Amalfi Coast.

Arriving in Amalfi

From the Naples airport take the Autostrada (highway) A3 as if you were going to Salerno/Vietri. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia. Follow the long, straight road, then go through a tunnel. At the exit of the first tunnel, go right to Gragnano-Agerola and follow the signs to Amalfi. After this turn you will be in the outskirts of the town of Gragnano: do not enter Gragnano, go right towards Agerola. You will go through the towns of Pimonte, Agerola, Furore and Conca dei Marini where there is a famous cloister. Here you must pay close attention to these driving instructions. After the Cloister in Conca dei Marini you will go through a tunnel, drive about 1 km past the cloister, after some bends you will arrive at the intersection to Pogerola/Amalfi about 1 km before the main coast road. Stop at this intersection, do not go to the main road. Here you will meet the representative who will direct you to the apartment.
